Inspired Look - Teal and copper

Teal and copper Look

This Look was inspired by an image that i found on google images and the colours included in the image were gold, teal , green and copper. This is not the make up that the woman in the image was wearing but a look that i created after being inspired by the image, i took the colours in the image and used them to create this make up so i hope you like it. :)

Here is the image that inspired me:

I was insired by the teal blue of the feathers, the gold from the dress, the copper in the makeup she is wearing and the amazing head dress whitch has a little touch of green through out the feathers.

Here is the look that i created:

I used:

UDPP
Stila Glee eyeshadow - Inner corner and on half of the lid
Mac glamour check! eyeshadow - On outer half of the lid
Mac Antiqued eyeshadow - In to the crease slightly and outer v
Urban Decay peace eyeshadow - crease
Barry m Kingfisher dazzledust - crease and just above
Barry m Lime dazzledust - smoke out the crease and pull up above the crease for a pop of green
Urban Decay - Grafiti - under the eye - outer half
Urban decay - Honey - under the eye - inner half

thanks for looking , hope you like this look.

Hot! pink cut crease

Hot pink and white with a black cut crease , this was alot of fun to do and took alot of time to blend haha :)

i used....

UDPP
Nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk (604) - all over lid up to crease
white eyeshadow over the inner half of the lid - pack on the colour with a shader brush to get the best pay off
Add a hot pink colour over the other half of the lid and then blend where the pink and white meet - if it dosent blend together add a light pink on the center of the lid
Make the hot pink intense by packing on the colour (i made the outer corner deeper than made the colour fade out towards the center of the lid)
Then take a eyeliner pencil that blends well , apply in the crease and create a sharp line, the blend the eyeliner out.
Then take a black eyeshadow i used UD creep (naked palette) and blend the line further
Blend , Blend and more Blending ...

Redefine the line with a black liquid liner i use loreal carbon black liner
Highlight brow bone i use a matte colour called blanc type from mac
Add mascara to the lashes i used max factor false lash effect

add concealer under the eye (more than normal as i used pink whitch can make you look ill ) i used mac studio finish concealer in nw15

this look would work with any colours ! i just like pink :)

Thanks for looking, comment if you liked it and have fun recreating it!

Smokey eye

I did this look for the party season , i think a smokey eye is a great  accompaniment to a little black dress.

i used:

UDPP
Urban decay gunmetal (from the naked palette) - lid
Urban decay Creep (naked palette) - crease
Mac Print eyeshadow - blend out creep with print
Mac wedge eyeshadow - blend out the crease colour
Nyx milk jumbo eye pencil - hightlight the inner corner
Urban decay virgin eyeshadow (naked palette) - inner corner and highlight brow bone
for the cheek i used albatross from nars to highlight and for lips i used mac underage lipglass

thanks for reading , i hope you like it !

beauty uk palette no.2 swatches

quick review:
pros:
This palette is great for people that dont wear colour but want to give it a go!
This palette is good value as its around £3 - £4 whitch is an amazing deal!
You can mix the colours to create lots of looks, i have used this in most if not all of my looks as the pigmentation is great and the texture is very smooth and easy to blend.
cons:
All of the shades in the palette are shimmery , i like mixing matte and shimmery eyeshadows but all the shades are just packed with shimmer.
The two purple shades are simular although not the same.
After a while of using the palette the pans whitch the eye shadow is in start to become loose.
i think that these shadows are so soft that they would crack like the stila kitten eyeshadow
There is no names for the colours.
you can buy this palette at superdrug, this is not the only palette there are lots more of them , this is the bright one but there are natural colours in palettes to like beige and brown shades that are very pretty.  hope this was helpful , thanks for looking.

Blue, Green ,Navy And Yellow look !

Dident know what to call this one ?
I used:

Nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk (604) as a base all over the lid and inner corner.
beauty uk no.2 palette eyeshadows :

i placed the lightest blue (bottom center) all over the lid
i mixed the two navy shades of blue (on end of each row) in to the crease and just above (blend in to the lid colour)
i placed the dark green colour in the outer crease (top row in the middle)
i then blended the dark green with the light green (first colour in top row)
i then used a dazzle dust from barry m in kingfisher whitch is a bright teal with a golden shimmer
i then blended up to the brow bone with a light lime colour i used barry m dazzle dust in lime (no.75)
i made the crease more defined by using mac black tied lightly through the crease
i then put the yellow from the palette in the inner corner for a bold pop of colour
then i highlight the brow bone with a matte colour beacuse all of the other colours are shimmery i use mac brule
then i created a shap edge by using a q-tip and eye make up remover - then added nyx milk again to make the line more bold

for mascara i use max factor false lash effect - amazing mascara !

for lips i use sock hop from mac heatherette collection its a milky orange colour - it was le but just use a peach to go with the green and bring out the blue in the look , tone down the cheek as the eyes are kinda bold :).

thanks for looking, hope you like it and try it out !
